Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays or as noted in the announcement section of the website header) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We currently only ship within Australia. We offer $10 flat rate shipping for all orders $119 or less. Shipping is free for orders $120 or more.
Can I pick up my order?
Pick up is not currently available.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@smooshie.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can not ship to PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations. We use Sendle door-to-door delivery, which is why we need a physical street address. If a receiver is not home to sign for a parcel, it will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free redelivery.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@smooshie.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
